Step into your session

Hidden in plain sight,our one-of-a-kind studio at Poke Acupuncture welcomes you in. In your private treatment room, Portia will ask a few questions and complete a specialized pulse check that’ll help assess your needs for the session.

UPON ARRIVAL

Float into rest

Once you’ve settled in, Portia will begin a customized treatment which may include acupuncture, cupping, and body work. 

Placing acupuncture needles strategically, Portia will ensure that the treatment is targeting both your areas of concern and holistic aspects that may be impacting your health. Fire cupping is incorporated as needed or upon request and can help further release stagnation in the body. Click here to learn more about acupuncture’s benefits.

After making sure you’re comfortable, Portia will leave you for a period of rest. Enjoy the peace of the soothing ambience or doze off—whatever your body needs. 

DURING

Discover a renewed spirit

When your session is complete, Portia will discuss after-care with you, which may include follow-up appointments, herbal formulations (as an add-on), or lifestyle suggestions. Follow-up sessions will help further deepen the healing process.
